falconview, I was hoping there was a higher tech faster way to do that.
I practiced with my first adjustment yesterday. I had the 1750/1725 put spread, and I wanted to try changing to the 1725/1700. Did that, cost to me for 20 contracts was $1100. So if you have to do that a few times to avoid getting in the money, you can avoid the big losses you were talking about. The key is do this early enough for it not to be too expensive. I will continue to look at the 150% rule and see how that works.
We were not far from you (relatively) in the winter when we were in Panama. We have a condo being built there, and would love to spend more time there in the winter. Would have toplan a trip to Belize to look around.
