OEC dead in the water this AM?

Strange. I, like others here, haven't had an issue for a couple days. So, you called their support desk? And they said?

not accurate - at least one other person had a problem with connects/reconnects-see previous post

ive been in touch with their support team so often over the last 10 days with so little to show i no longer bother .... i am looking for another broker
 
I think any problems at this point may just be your end, internet flicker, or computer fault etc.

I know several other people who use OEC with no issues this week. I use OEC and no issues this week.

Guess again, my platform has been freezing multiple times, while connections to RJO and also Interactive Brokers are totally fine. The only solution is to logoff (or kill OEC Trader when it won't logoff) and then re-open it. Never seen anything like this.....
 
had a problem with nymex quotes this AM in demo platform, looks like they repaired the charts, but DOM is still not working properly - not showing bids and offers
