Ahhhh, now they want to delay signup for 2015 (a year off) a month until Nov. 15, 2014 .. conveniently AFTER the midterm elections. Coincidence? LOL

The answer is they don't care. What's sad is Onazi will now get to keep his gestapo rule in the senate because the DISASTER that his commie care has brought to America will blow over by the 2014 elections, then blow up afterwords as the sheep once again voted for free grazing, and "change."
