Stone has not reached the point where he has to decide if he is willing to die in prison for Trump.When that day comes the odds increase.
Stone knows he wont die in prison even if found guilty.
If he doesnt get a pardon immediately he will get one next year after the election.
Trump also has the power to commute sentences if he doesnt want to grant a full pardon.

The e-mails of Hillary Clinton claimed to have been hacked, was not hacked! No less than William Binney, former top official of the NSA examined the server itself. His conclusion was the server was not hacked but, info copied onto a flash drive. The suspected leaker was Seth Rich who was mysteriously murdered by vicious gang members in DC. All of this would come out because I imagine that the fastest way Roger Stone can resolve this is prove it never happened! Hell, they might even subpoena William Binney to testify because he would be the best witness.

With Manafort Mueller didn't charge him with every crime he committed and has worked with state prosecutors in NY and VA so they could charge him if Trump gave a pardon,he has probably done the same with Stone.Mueller ain't no fool.
