Odd Lot trading on IB

Hi All, I'm experenciencing trading problems with small orders on IB. Where can I find info about this issue?

Is there any workaround for this?

JZ ... i never have a problem: buy/sell/short with 20,30 ,40
80 ... 125sh...etc. Always though with very liquid symbols.

Could you give more detail?

I just found that AMEX executes small orders if you do through basket trade.

I still can't buy 10 QQQQ shares, even on basket trades.

That was through AMEX? SMART works ok.
 
ISLAND. Why does it matter on very small size??
Seems like i got a decent fill....for tiny num of shs??

RCJ, SPY was just an example. I need a robust way to trade ETFs. It could be any on the 670 ETFs listed on US exchanges.

As far as I know there are ETFs they are traded only in AMEX, that's why it's important.
