odd lot on Amex

as far as I understand odd lot trading on Amex is not allowed. (for example 5 orders of 98 shares / with total of 490 shares). What will happen to a trader who is sending these type of orders to specialist book.

What will happen when these trades are routed trough ECN, as far as I understand some ECN will accept this, although fees will be much higher.
 
amex charges alot i beleive 3 cents a share.

i believe you must use ISLAND without route out on to keep it cheap.

ARCA is expensive almost 3 cents a share....

soes is cheap also...

pleae correct if i am wrong..
