Making Musk buy Twitter at $54 is most likely impossible because he probably doesn’t have access to the funding anymore and a lower price puts the board at risk to shareholders. There’s already lawsuits from shareholders that are meritorious.

When the judge, not a jury, peels back the onion it’s going to be Musk that stinks, is my guess and he will be on the hook for the $1 billion in the end.

At the end of the day I think my prediction that Musk will sink two companies with this Twitter fiasco will hold up well.

I reported breaking news off the Bloomberg Wire that read Twitter lawyers said "Musk WILL pay $54/share". Emphasis being the lawyers' use of the word "will", and you go off on some immature diatribe.
Grow the fuck up dude.

edit: You just went on ignore until otherwise informed. I'm not gonna debate with a supposed grown man that argues with the intellect of a distraught, spoiled, teenage girl.

It would be an insult to everyone if it was not $54.20 per share. After all, that is what he pledged, because he wanted to get his puerile "420" in there.
