All this talk about Trump and blue state stuff is nonsense. And, why would a merger agreement go to a jury trial? Come on.
Making Musk buy Twitter at $54 is most likely impossible because he probably doesn’t have access to the funding anymore and a lower price puts the board at risk to shareholders. There’s already lawsuits from shareholders that are meritorious.
When the judge, not a jury, peels back the onion it’s going to be Musk that stinks, is my guess and he will be on the hook for the $1 billion in the end.
At the end of the day I think my prediction that Musk will sink two companies with this Twitter fiasco will hold up well.
