I would just like to add to the conversation that Delaware is the corporate capital of the world and the courts there are not going to be very friendly to anyone playing games with binding contracts, Twitter or/but especially Musk. They can’t let Delaware turn into some conman alley. This is serious business and it will not be litigated by a bunch a drunks talking junk in the backyard.

Not sure what that even means.
It'll be litigated by the best lawyers money can buy, on both sides.

Anybody's guess on the jury, albeit a Blue State. And Twitter banned Trump.
