Can anyone tell me about Ocean View and also they said the money I deposit cannot be withdrawn till a year later due to some SEC rules. Can someone Please clarify.

I was just re-reading one of my post. I saw my edit never went through.

I guess it works out like this

Oceanview is subject to SEC rule 15c (under the rule, all capital contributions will be held for a minimum of one year from the date of contribution and can only be withdrawn after the one-year anniversary date of the contribution.
