yeah, we got that, it's been pointed out here many times by myself and others.

So lower payroll, sales, tolls and fees etc. taxes would help the 47%. Maybe payroll taxes should be means tested also like income taxes are.

Personally, I don't care how much tax anybody pays as long as it is low.
 
right, 17% of those who pay no federal income tax is the elderly, and 13% are students and those disabled. The rest have incomes to low to tax due to the recession and hours being cut or unemployed. One would think Donald Trump would be aware of these things. Doesnt he have his finger on the pulse of America?:confused:

Straight consumption tax, everybody pays it, if they don't like the tax the way to reduce it is to reduce government.. make them stop the War on Drugs, the War on Terror, the War on Poverty, all three of those programs are huge failures that should be stopped immediately...
