She may be reading her own press clippings a little too much and getting a little ahead of herself. She is a freshmen Congressman (or freshthey Congressthey), she was not elected to be the voice of change for the whole country.

I say you guys should put her at the front of the party leadership.
Actually the traditional Democratic leaders have been more critical of AOC than Republicans.
To Republicans -- a left-wing socialist vocal wack job with extreme views in Congress is a dream come true when election time comes around and they can highlight her as a typical Democrat to the voters.
Ya think. And the no gender pronoun nonsense now being all the rage. I mean really, does this sound like the language an intelligent person would use? The left does themselves no favors in endorsing such absurdity. People just cannot be expected to take this seriously, and I still maintain, it is just not possible to expect things to turn out well in a country who have people in leadership positions advocating for such things. That kind of stupidity will take a toll.
Honestly, I think you have that all wrong. Most of us relish her. Frankly, we agree with her on a lot of stuff. She shines a bright spotlight also on the total absence of leadership in the dem party. A 29 year old airhead is now the leading figure in the aprty and dictating their positions on major issues. LOL you can't make this shit up.
If not already, you can expect some calls to amend the constitution to lower the age to be president.
As with the electoral college change thing, they wont do squat but it makes for red meat for non-dem progressives to toss out to their base. Not that they like red meat. Okay. Makes for some tofu to toss out to their base. Fixed that.
She's just a real life caricature of the what the mainstream Dems really represent. They just don't want that advertised because they know most Americans would reject their true agenda.
