It's like a bad dream we can't seem to wake up from. I'm glad my Italian immigrant Grandfather isn't here to see this. He came here with $16 in his pocket, and worked his way to owning his own store.
He only worked 16+hours/day, paid his taxes, and worked til he couldn't work anymore at 79. Oh wait, that kinda stuff isn't fashionable now.
