I will agree this result is likely. Infant death rate reductions are correlated to healthcare coverage. It is also correlated to the high-cost hospital infant care for premature (and/or drug addicted) babies. However the reduction of infant deaths usually comes at a significant cost. The question is if the cost is worth the benefit to society --- and that is something only voting citizens can decide in the end.
Like the DNC cares about babies? If Clinton/Wasserman Schultz had their way on demand third trimester, up to after birth abortions would be legal.

Let's pump our chests about babies and let them die quietly because taxation is stealing.
ACA expanded Medicaid much more than private insurance which is what I point to anytime someone says ACA is a Republican plan - the mandate is a conservative idea, not the rest of it.
Red states were the biggest beneficiaries of ACA as usual.

Which party has programs that help children, making the decision easier to carry a child to birth?
Republicans are obsessed with abortion. It would be nice if they were equally obsessed with helping women and children.
Actually, it’s not that significant of a cost. As a matter of fact government health programs are actually comparatively cheaper than private sector comparisons.
