Right. You don’t really have a point. You’re just pointing to something you barely know about to run away as quick as you can.
The civil rights act of 1964 more benefitted white women than any other class. Their gains have held up over time, not so much for minorities. The justice system stripes the protections for employment from many people who commit poverty crimes. The voting rights act has been gutted by SCOTUS and Gerrymandering and red lining marginalized representation.
We hold on to these laws because it’s all there is in many states but they have been diluted and weakened. We need stronger laws.
