ObamaTards Riot and Loot City

When I believe someone intentionally mischaracterized my words; or, when I can't see where I've been unclear, I'll asked them to support their general allegation that my "whole post is unclear!" by at least being specific.

If it is truly unclear, it's simpler for that person to just explain which parts are unclear, and why; than it would be for me to try to guess ... possibly being unclear again.

Great, thanks for being clear about being unclear and when I was unclear about you being unclear.

I only troll when trolled. Have your posts to me been trollish?

Not in my opinion. But once again, thank you for being clear about when you troll a troll and whether you believe you are trolling a trollish post. It is now clear, just like it was clear about when you were being unclear or how you thought you were clear to someone else thinking you were unclear.

There is a surprising amount of value in transacting with you, I must say. No no no...let me. I'm sure you're about to tell me "you provide value when you feel value is being provided to you" or something. Right?

Ah, that ol' response. I used to, I don't much anymore. But neither do many people on the politics forum. Are you asking all of them that question or just fascinated with little ol' me?
No. I just took note of it with you for awhile now. Nothing wrong with it. But it does seem a bit unusual on a trading forum. As for others that post a lot as well I'll keep an eye out but not in a pc police kind of way but to understand a little where they are coming from.

As I said, I used to post a lot in trading and economic forums. I used to be a moderator on this site, actually, under a different username (the one I moderated under). That was long ago. I don't find a whole lot of value in the trading threads anymore, they're just more of the Makloda 100% up move to go or Free Money crap that passes for "content" nowadays. There are some good political discussions, so I've never left the site entirely. But I've been here since like 2003.

OK... I will have to agree after reading the information that white collar criminals are treated more leniently than the suggested guidelines for sentencing. I stand corrected. But note the average sentence is 54 months according to the USSC which is about 4 1/2 years. It is not a mere 1 or 3 years as pushed earlier in this thread. The USSC document is interesting because it outlines the percentages of white collar criminals who received sentences above and below the guidelines.
As pushed earlier in this thread ... 1 to 3 for a million dollar embezzler. The billions Madoff took got him way more.

But there are plenty of tens of millions of dollars slap on the wrist examples - there was no violence involved, has no prior criminal record, has the best upbringing, education, family, community and still has much to contribute to society so you shouldn't give them a long sentence go the bleed, bleed bleeding hearts.

Long time ago there was a little thing called Watergate - years after a security guard spent almost more time in jail, for shoplifting, than most of the Watergate "Burglars" for their crimes. Needless to say the Security Guard was black, the Burglars were white.

maybe they should 'eye for an eye' kind of vengeance. Drop them one at a time until that mo-fo goes to prison. Make it known that it will continue until that cop goes to prison. period. sorry bro but I'm heated up on this issue.

Dexter Style.

That's the same attitude the original Americans had. They went to war and killed a bunch of people in response. There was collateral damage.

That's the same attitude the confederacy had. They went to war and killed a bunch of people in response. There was collateral damage.

That's the same attitude that the Hatfield's and McCoy's had. They went to war and killed a bunch of people in response. There was collateral damage.

That's the same attitude the US had after 9/11. They went to war and killed a bunch of people in response. There was collateral damage.

But, when minorities get that attitude, when minority after minority is murdered by police, and by old and new lynch mobs;
and soon after being "released" from hundreds of years of slavery and the horrors that go with that;
and while the police and lynch mobs have been generally getting away with it for generations;
currently living minorities and White sympathizers are effectively told to ... just march--
we'll get to fixing stuff when we decide something's broke--
by the police and their supporters, and the many racists in this country, in internet forums, and in real life.

(Pardon my convoluted sentence.)

Now, I don't advocate violence right now (but, I understand); nor do I advocate marching for generations while your race and family are murdered indiscriminately, without true justice. I submit that the little progress that has been made, was achieved, in large part, via the prior violent protests.

I have more to say, but I'm exercising my 5th amendment right, at this time.

Dexter was a great show!
