Obamatards: Let them hurl Molotov Cocktails or you are racist!

There’s a huge difference between vandalism and inciting a riot, Molotov cocktails are weapons. These jackasses need to be made an example for future jackasses who would try try same crap.

Peaceful protests yes ... wanton destruction, go to jail. 45 years please.
 
Molotov cocktail possession is a federal crime if you do not have a license to possess them, much less use them.

There are probably state statutes on the cocktails, defined as "destructive devices", layered on top of the federal minimum penalties. 45 years was the sentence? They'll be out soon enough when they are pardoned or get out for good behavior.

They should appoint Acosta to oversee the sentencing recommendations. If a pedophile like Epstein can get parole under Trump, these two should get off w/community service.

Until the oil industry pay Wayne LaPierre to have them defined as weapons (originally anti-tank, exactly what you will need if you are fighting the feds boys) and therefore arms.
