Obamas roadwork stimulus why?

I am confused about this, how many people know how to do road work or bridge work?

why is all the stimulus going to that? I doubt it is gonna help laid off white collar workers. or even blue collar workers from factories.

The reason it is confusing is because you made the assumption that the stimulus was supposed to help laid off workers. The stimulus was used to pay off the people who helped Obama get elected. It had nothing to do with jobs.
