Quite honestly you have to have a screw loose to not see big govt redistributing wealth from producers to the parasite class and big govt conspiring to protect big businesses from competition as equally detestable.
Hint: IMHO you seem a little myopic. [/QUOTE
IMO, government and corporate America are just two sides of the same coin, as are the traditional aspects of the Dem and Repub parties. They pretend to be bitter enemies, when in fact they are in bed together. It's just a shell game and this is how the game is currently being played.
Dems happen to be in power and their scam is pretending to represent the little guy. So they get heath care to appease them while they're unemployed. Somebody has to pay for this, so it's the evil rich guys that appear to pay, which is the Repub end of the scam. A deal needs to be cut. The Dems will tax the rich and give some shit to the poor. The Repubs will protect the wealthy by allowing them to scam the system with bailouts. In the end it's the working class money being sent upwards, to then be sent down to the bottom, and the only thing that changes is the working and middle classes get a little bit poorer every year. Problem is, you can only run that scam for so long and then there is no working class to steal from anymore. We are at the brink of that circumstance, and the powers that be are scrambling for a solution. For now their solution is print money and kick the ball down the road. At some point Peter is going to show up and tell Paul he wants his f'n money, right now. Game over!
