It clearly says on the bottom of the certification that it is invalid if altered. If you look at where it says certificate number, it is clearly altered.

Actually its proof he was not born in Hawaii. If he had he would have gotten a "Certificate of Birth".

Certifications are only for those born outside the state. That is why Obama can't release anything.
