The criteria is - those who were prosecuted or indicted IN AN ADMINISTRATION, that's the criteria because the person I was replying to was talking about what an administration did - he wasn't talking about what happened OUTSIDE of an administration.

Well the only part I agree with is that Trump has similar morals to the Clintons when it comes to business.
Except you can't point to anyone who they scammed, you have to rely on conspiracy theories on tabloids to even make the assertion. On the other hand, I can point to court documents to prove that Trump is a conman and scam artist.
The Clintons also had a good number of business related lawsuits filed against them over time.
