There are little old ladies and men who should have somewhere to turn when preyed upon by societies hucksters. Its not like everyone in the world is in the same weight class.
Ahhh, but the little old ladies and men have family and friends, and that circle of family and friends would take care of the hucksters with a big big can of whoopass, if not a rope. Let us take care of our own and leave the government out of our lives.
Back when government was nearly non existent, we got along just fine taking care of our own. It's todays gender confused light in the loafer girly boys that want big government.
Alot of people in years past might take issue with that they got along just fine. No doubt you can conceive of who. And, if those little old folks families are useless they too need help from a caring society. Its like a child can't be held responsible because he or she has parents that didn't give a f*** about them. I agree about the whoopass thing when its available.
I remember well if and when any male made an improper move towards a female member of your family, you simply went to to the offender and took care of it by a giving them a severe ass beating. If the offender took offense and called the law, the law typically turned a blind eye and said people shouldn't be making unwanted advances to women. A caring society takes care of their own. They don't rely on the government to do it for them.
I'm also for removing warning lables from products and let nature takes its course. The cost of trying to protect people from their own stupidity is not conducive to overall productivity. Less government, more common sense.
