half latinos self identify as white (as I stated) so zzz statement about the guy not being light skinned because he was latino is still ridiculous. I also note that when I was at the Supreme Court in Mexico city, there were something like 29 justices. All but one was pretty damn white. Yet they still had names like trejo and were latino.

Identifying him as mixed based on sight is also difficult.
I have traveled pretty extensively through mexico and other latin american countries. I spent time at the beaches and in the mountains. That guy does not look very much like the mexican "natives" I met and spoke with.
That guy looks more like a spanish guy or a southern italian guy who did some boxing to me.
