I think he was being impartial by limiting his solicited opinion with reasonable balance to the facts not in dispute. However, as always, you have the right to remain obtuse.

So I guess anytime a black guy is caught breaking in a home or business all he has to do is say, I live/work here and the cops should say, OK, sorry we bothered you. Probably works for stolen cars as well.
This is a simple case of another spook just kept running his fuckin' mouth, They should have tazed his ass.

He was arrested after his identity was established and that he was in his own home, where he was not engaged in any wrongdoing. OKKK?
