Obama's Climate Policies Will Lead to More Terrorism

By now we have all heard the claims that terrorists are only terrorists because they are in poverty and have no hope for a better life, yada yada yada. We are all familiar with this line of thinking.

Now, lets consider what happens if we adopt Obama's climate policies and whose economy gets the most impacted. The hardest hit economies will be that of Middle East countries. They are single source economies where the majority of economic activity is tied up in oil. If the oil money were to dry up, those countries would drop into depression. Everybody would be in poverty. According to the left, this poverty would create terrorism. Why does Obama want to create terrorism?

I have never understood why the west tolerated OPEC. It was formed during our national funk after vietnam and when the europeans were wallowing in guilt for colonialism. We have allowed a cartel to extort taxes from us for 40 plus years. And we protected them with our military and fought their wars for them. Incredible.

Trump is the only candidate who makes any sense on this. He says if you conquer a country, you take their freakin' oil. Let them be grateful that's all you take. They will hate us anywy, so what's the downside? No oil, no money to fund terrorism. Problem solved.

Get a load of this forest arsonist...

A French chef hired to work at the Paris climate change talks has been fined for razing 7,000 sq metres (75,000 sq feet) of protected forest near his restaurant.

Marc Veyrat illegally destroyed the trees near the La Maison des Bois (House of the Trees) in the Alps.

The court in Annecy also heard Mr Veyrat ordered a large portion of protected wetlands to be dried up.

kind of a cheap shot. How bout a Wyoming rancher who was hired to sell beef to the Whithouse is being prosecuted for violating EPA pond regulations

kind of a cheap shot. How bout a Wyoming rancher who was hired to sell beef to the Whithouse is being prosecuted for violating EPA pond regulations

The rancher in questions built a pond to water to stock fish and water his livestock in order to meet state and federal regulations. He had permission from all the state agencies who stated in writing he was exempt from any federal oversight for this pond. Then the EPA fines him.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-money-pit-EPA-threatens-75-000-day-fine.html

Homeowner faces $75,000 A DAY fine for homemade pond that 'breaks Clean Water Act'
  • Andy Johnson of Fort Bridger received approval from state agencies but EPA contends he failed to get OK from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
  • The pond was built to stock fish which Johnson says exempts him from the Clean Water Act
  • The EPA says Johnson dammed up a creek that 100 miles away empties into a large river and therefore makes pond applicable to law
  • Wyoming Senators Barrasso and Enzi have written the EPA, but the agency is not backing down

This is an example of the EPA running amok. This rancher did nothing wrong and did his best to meet all regulations. This is why farmers hate the federal government.

Well that's the plan isn't it?
It isn't a plan, it is simply progress. For example, Saudi Arabia has for at least a decade known that oils being replaced by clean energy writing is on the wall, not just for their own sake, but the sake of humanity. If Texas were smart, it would make a big push to diversify away from oil too. But republicans are more interested in the 1 in 10,000,000 odds of you getting killed by a terrorist attack and scaring the shit out of you to meet their own political ends, and that a fictitious God living in the clouds is worried about your genitals.

Saudi Arabia says will diversify oil economy to slow climate change

"Saudi Arabia, the world's largest crude oil exporter, plans to diversify its economy to help combat climate change in a move that could reduce expected carbon emissions by up to 130 million tonnes a year by 2030, the government said on Tuesday.

OPEC member Saudi Arabia is the last of the Group of 20 major economies to submit a plan to the United Nations before a summit in Paris from Nov. 30-Dec. 11 about ways to slow global warming.

It said it was aiming "to achieve mitigation co-benefits ambitions of up to 130 million tons of carbon dioxide equivalent avoided by 2030 annually through contributions to economic diversification and adaptation."..."
