In 1960-61 the terms "caucasian" and "african" were not used for race classification.

Looking at other Hawaii 1961 birth certificates online, it appears they did use the term "caucasian" for white people. The use of the term "african" is odd but a forger most likely would not have used that term either.

It does seem a bit coincidental the CIA Director was promoted the very same day obammy's birth certificate appeared from thin air. :eek:
