please watch this starting with chapter 2... around 12 minutes in.
you see that the insurance companies told them... they wanted a mandate that everyone had to buy insurance and there be no alternatives to private insurance.
Max Baucus was then picked to negotiate becuase he was there puppet. 2.5 million in campaign bribes... he was the guy selected to create the deal with baucus.
a total joke....

Then it tells you the insurance companies wrote the senate bill.

One ingredient of the property tax goes to schools. But this is because they are public services, just like all other public services (roads, police, etc). The benefit of the school is to the community. You can't really have a community with no school. I get what you're saying, that people who don't have kids shouldn't be charged for the school, and if that were an option, I'm sure everyone would leap at it. But no community separates it's public charges that way. If you live in a community, you pay the total cost of service for that community. If the schools cost too much, you have the option to move where there are no schools on the public tax dole, or much cheaper ones. Many people with no children do just that. If you don't want to pay the Obama care insurance premium, there's nothing you can do. Moving won't solve anything.

So really uninsured motorist is people paying to insurance companies to protect from the people with no insurance if the person cause the accident. True? So people in the USA always paying for something they do not use maybe for the health and safety of the whole community.

This has nothing to do with the community. This is done to protect yourself from crushing losses. The person "at fault" in the accident is required to pay restitution through their insurance. If the person who hit you doesn't have insurance (which is illegal), your auto insurance "uninsured motorist" policy pays to cover you. With Obamacare, you are paying for someone else's insurance policy. You get no protection or benefit.
