OK, first you know we had gridlock since day one. Don't try to explain about the Dem congress, that's been proven fruitless, as you know, due to filabusters.

The original workfare, via Clinton, is still in place. AND YET, I probably agree with you that we need see to it that all the rules are followed.

We can, and should, get the infrastructure jobs going, sooner than later IMO. Including the Keystone Pipeline.
