Jem, do you remember McConnell saying the Republicans number one job was to see that Obama was a one-term President. Does that sound like cooperation to you? They intentionally set out to wreck every Obama initiative they possibly could. Does that sound like cooperation? If someone announced that their number own goal was to see that you did not succeed, would you then seek out that persons advice? I hope not. But Obama, God bless him, sought out Republican advice anyway, and got the cold shoulder. Obama went so far as to sign on to the plan advocated by a conservative think tank and modeled after one in his Republican rivals State! What more could he have done?

But, even if you are right to some extent 10% to state budget could be a billion for billions. As I said, Obama and the dems should have worked with others to make a program that worked.

Obama had to illegal creating funding to insurance companies by executive order to keep in rolling. We are a nation of laws. that should not happen.

I was charged $54,000 dollars for my appendectomy and hospital stay in 2016.
