The idea of man given or created rights allows slavery to men and governments.

(and yes slavery existed as the founders were writing those words... but they still had the balls to write the words. As those words percolated in Americans spirits, they helped end slavery. )

The founders of the United States of America is Governments stated we have certain rights which can not be taken away by kings juntas or other men.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

ACA does not make health care a right, nor does it control health care (no more than the insurance companies have always controlled it) it makes taking personal responsibility for your health care mandatory or tries to anyway. This is not much different than mandatory auto insurance but on a national level. Granted the ACA needs many improvements just like the previous system needed more improvements.

The very fact that there was slavery and it was accepted at the time of the writing of The Declaration of Independence and for years after that proves my point that rights are a man made idea.

I have no idea what you meant by "pre fascists/ leftists/ progessives and americans" and how that can have anything to do with our conversation.
