Lucrum, ACA is the law and it's not going away. get over it.
Yeah, it is... but shouldn't be. It's anti-American in every sense and F'ing horrible.
It may not be "the law" forever, though it might take armed revolution to end it.

The ACA is a start toward the journey of affordable healthcare for all.
Name one man made thing on planet earth that is "affordable for all".
I like to think of myself as "progressive", I'm not a "leftie".You lefties think only with your heart, not your brain.
Let me guess you're a charter member "tea party"We can't even get fresh drinking water to many parts of the world and you think we're going to get affordable healthcare for everyone. How foolish.
The fact is healthcare will suffer for all in return for getting a few more people some healthcare.

How so is it "anti-American"? Capitalism is a great invention but is it humane to have it operate within medical care? If you can afford the ever increasing insurance premiums and exponential rise in cost of medical services/procedures/tests, otherwise you suffer sick or die.
The greatest nation on Earth, the USA can do better than that. A serious problem with no easy solution but must start somewhere. The ACA is a start toward the journey of affordable healthcare for all.
Finally, we join this list of other nations:

...I am a capitalist that believes in extensive personal liberties, freedoms and the promotion of the American dream & ideals.
I want the govt to keep their hands off....
1. Health care is good, not a right.
2. You claim to be a "progressive" but not a "leftie". Got news for you. Peas in a Pod. "Socialism, Leftism, Progressive, Communism, Marxism, Nazism"... all versions of the same thing.
You made my IGNORE list, COMMIE!
Canada and England

A right is a man made idea. If our society like most societies decide that health care is a right then it will be.
ACA does not make health care a right, nor does it control health care (no more than the insurance companies have always controlled it) it makes taking personal responsibility for your health care mandatory or tries to anyway. This is not much different than mandatory auto insurance but on a national level. Granted the ACA needs many improvements just like the previous system needed more improvements.
