Seven out of ten Americans believe the Affordable Care Act has not made a positive impact yet, a Bankrate.com report said.

The survey found that 43% of Americans believe the Affordable Care Act has had a mostly negative impact on the country, and 21% say it hasn't made much of an impact at all. Only 28% say the ACA has had a mostly positive impact.

"These findings indicate that more than seven in ten Americans don't feel like Obamacare has been worth it," said Bankrate.com insurance analyst Doug Whiteman.

When one looks at government waste this is at the top of the list. No one, at least no one intelligent, can say that the $$$$ expended for this was worth it. With the incredibly low net enrollment of newly insured, most who received subsidies, clearly state this is a failure with a capital F!!
