This is an interesting interview, thank you. It seems there must be more legal graft and corruption in medical care than in any other sector of the economy. The Blues used to negotiate discounts with hospitals and doctors but failed to tell their policy holders they weren't paying what the policy holders bill said they were paying, but a lower amount. Then they based the policy holders 20% co-pay on the higher non-discounted price. They got sued in several states and lost. So they have apparently found another way to cheat, but this time legally. The "charge back".
