ObamaCare Comes Up 24 Million Enrollees Short

The way I view deductibles is: save money to pay for it. That is the responsible, conservative thing to do. Besides, back when these folks had no insurance they needed to... wait for it... save money for their healthcare or go without.
all the money thay use to go to healthcare now goes to health insurance

And let's not forget that O'hammedcare premiums are a 'tax'. So says the supreme court.

So what happened after it was implemented? It didn't quite work out like they thought, so premiums (i mean taxes), went up. And even with a tax increase, insurance companies are dropping out because of losses. And premiums (taxes) will go up every year. Does anyone doubt that?

So what we have here is the failure of a policy and the prescribed outcome of it is to raise taxes. Raise taxes 2, then raise taxes 3, then it will be raise taxes 4.

If it looks like standard operating procedure for the left, you are right.
I.E. qe1, qe2, qe3, and on and on and on.
For every failed policy, there is a doubling down, then a tripling down, then a quadrupling down.

But when a republican legislature passes a law on a social issue or a tax cut, an immediate group whining from the left begins. And then the law is repealed, vetoed, or forgotten.

That's the complaint that many republicans have right now. A leftist law that is a clear failure gets continually doubled down on and our so called republican representatives make a 'pretend' battles against it.
A republican legislature enacts a tax cut or a common sense law that only girls are supposed to use girls bathrooms, and when the commie homos riot, the republicans cower, fold and repeal or veto. Can't even keep the law let alone double down.

And that, in my opinion, is the total reason for the rise of Trump.
Criticize his wall? Then it's going to be ten feet higher and FU.
And he's got my vote.

Perhaps. But if you paid $3000 a year that you saved for medical expenses, and now you still have to pay $3000 a year for your deductible, you also have to pay your premium.

it's a messed up deal. My plan is universal catastrophic means tested federal insurance. The first 10% (based on your income) is out of your pocket. After that we will pick up the rest. So if a man makes 42k/year and his child gets sick, he would be responsible for $4,200 per year and that's enough to worry about if it is your kid and I will skip some luxuries to help you out.
