Bush's "regime" HAD to end because his second term was over. He was ineligible to continue as POTUS.
He was NOT overthrown by Hussein.
Bush was gone no matter who replaced him.

Last I checked, despite promises to the contrary, Gitmo - STILL open, Iraq - NO pullout - Afghanistan - possible troop strength INCREASES.
