"Under a new set of guidelines rolled out last week by Chicago public schools, children will now be required to address transgender students and employees by their preferred name and pronouns — or face the consequences. Transgender students and employees can choose their preferred bathroom, locker room, name and pronouns, and everyone else is required to affirm the individual’s new identity, according to the guidelines. Trangender students and adults in the CPS system can require their peers to adopt gender neutral terminology, such as using the pronoun “ze” instead of the usual “he” or “she.”"

I read the Constitution. I didn't see anywhere in the Constitution that a grown man has a right to take a dump in the same bathrooom as a 10 year old girl. I must have missed that part, can you point it out to me?

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration is planning to issue a sweeping directive telling every public school district in the country to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity.

The declaration — signed by Justice and Education department officials — will describe what schools should do to ensure that none of their students are discriminated against.
