Next excuse:well the households in black families must have a poor educational environment as blacks are significantly behind whites before they even start school so TADA HEADSTART was begun. The fact is black households have far less numerous books and informational magazines than whites.

Nope that didn't work either, grades went up briefly but the IQ gap persists and grows wider with age at least into the early 20's.


The underlying reason for all of these programs was to close the white-black IQ gap that polite society is loathe to accept as fact.

I trade at a tf to high for HFT bots to get at me. Also, even with the bots, tick volume reveals a lot about what is going on with the market. After watching for awhile you get to know the difference.
