Such a kidder you are. He wants you to define a term that already has a definition and a context. He's neither reasonable nor remotely intelligent, let alone reasonably intelligent. Even if he wasnt just out here trolling his knowledge is so limited, particularly when it comes to economics, that it is basically like debating a 2 year old.
Brass is capable of debate but he isn't here for that. He is here to deliver a few sniping insults and reap the harvest of abuse that those comments elicit in order to satisfy his masochist needs.
