or why not just quotas? Every neighborhood, or city or county must rent or sell property based on race. So that would mean every locality would have to reserve about 16% of all real estate for blacks (and we could adjust that by just how black they actually are.)
 
so when you are looking for a new house to buy or apartment to rent, the first thing you would check to see is if it is "Black Designated." And if you are white you can just set up your search to "White Only."
 
How about obama and his family without Secret Service agents, go move across White Sox stadium after his term, let his kids take CTA for school cause it obvious to me he living in very nice digs. If Clinton can open an office in Harem, obama could go live in his old city.
 
Why are you giving the credit for this to Obama? There has been a push to do this for the last 30 years. They have achieved it in some parts, other parts not so much, but the drive has been there, and it pre-dates Obama by a long shot.

Residential segregation has long been a sore point with liberal social engineers. That's one reason they despise suburbs so much, that and the freedom that people get by using their own cars.

Obama has about had it with you white people living in nice neighborhoods by yourselves, insulated to a degree from the chaos and violence liberal policies have created in most cities. Now his HUD is intent on dismantling supposed barriers to more blacks in the leafy burbs. For example, zoning restrictions that prohibit apartment complexes? No good, they keep out the section 8 crowd, so that is clearly discriminatory. Get ready to ponyup for more public transportation too, since your new neighbors have to get to the welfare office somehow. It's not you're going to give them a lift, now are you?

You may think this is just social engineering gone full tilt, but I assure you it isn't. This has nothing to do with helping blacks. Instead, this is about liberals venting their hate on you just as they have on the Confederate flag and symbols of southern culture. They want to hit you where it hurts. Destroy your property values, your safety, destroy your schools. That'll teach you.

155 dead in Baltimore this year. 50 more than it was this time last year.
93 dead in St. Louis this year. Was 58 this time last year.
161 dead in NYC. 145 this time last year.
