Residential segregation has long been a sore point with liberal social engineers. That's one reason they despise suburbs so much, that and the freedom that people get by using their own cars.
Obama has about had it with you white people living in nice neighborhoods by yourselves, insulated to a degree from the chaos and violence liberal policies have created in most cities. Now his HUD is intent on dismantling supposed barriers to more blacks in the leafy burbs. For example, zoning restrictions that prohibit apartment complexes? No good, they keep out the section 8 crowd, so that is clearly discriminatory. Get ready to ponyup for more public transportation too, since your new neighbors have to get to the welfare office somehow. It's not you're going to give them a lift, now are you?

Instead, this is about liberals venting their hate on you just as they have on the Confederate flag and symbols of southern culture. They want to hit you where it hurts.
