I commented to my friends about this a couple of weeks ago. One has a son in service, imbedded, no one knows exactly where, but we think he's in Syria.

It was announced the Military would shift focus from defeating ISIS to a stabilizing role. Meaning there's no plans for moving away from the area.

Now we have Iran, Turkey and Russia joining forces while Isreal is ramping up activity. Not mentioning all the other regional proxy's going on.

The Middle East is a total cluster fuck.

Tick, Tick, Tick...FBI Scandal Getting Closer to Obama


Tick, tick, tick… we’re getting closer and closer to the “What did the president know and when did he know it?” moment in the biggest political scandal in American history. What looks like a sitting president authorizing the use of the vast spy apparatus of the federal government on the opposing party candidate for president would, if proven, be far bigger than Watergate – a mere burglary intended to spy on the opposition. Pay attention because you may want to tell your children or grandchildren what it was like watching this all unfold in 2018.

Up until the present moment, Barack Obama has been missing in all the discussions of surveillance misbehavior. And most curiously, Obama has been almost invisible, staying quiet, and not using his expensive Washington, DC mansion (shared with Valeire Jarrett) as a base for leading the opposition to President Trump, as many of us expected him to do. He is the only president I can remember who didn’t get out of DC when his term in office expired, yet he has been as invisible as if he were Truman retired to Independence or Eisenhower retired to Gettysburg. He hasn’t even spoken out about the opposition to his presidential monument planned for public park land in Chicago, My optimistic guess is that he realizes his peril and is dummying up.

But while the media and democrats are focused on trying to stop America from becoming a cult state brain damaged from right wing conspiracies the Trump administration is blowing out the budget, ushering in inflation, getting mired into a conflict in Syria (We really bombed Russian contractors there), posturing a nuclear war with North Korea, and my personal favorite laying the ground work for militarism.

It’s incredible to watch what a cult of personality looks like up close and what is happening to our country.

These actions were started during the prior administrations. Bush created the mess and then Obama pulled the cover off Pandora's box.

Russia has been ally to Syria long before, poking our nose there only brings the inevitable.

What was unseen was the forming relationship between Iran and Russia with now Two-Faced Turkey joining the fray.
