Obama Violated the Law with Prisoner Exchange

Fair enough, so your outrage is phony, too.

and here is proof.

An American Service Member In A Mexican Jail And Abandoned By Fox .

Fox News provided ample coverage of two separate instances of U.S. Marines imprisoned in Mexico on gun charges, using the stories to criticize the Obama administration for what was deemed an inadequate response to each situation. But Fox paid no attention to a nearly identical case of a jailed U.S. soldier that occurred during the Bush administration.

On March 31, Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi was arrested after he claimed he accidentally crossed into Mexico with personal firearms in his car, and has been held in a Mexican prison on weapons charges since that time.

But when Spc. Richard Torres was arrested after crossing into Mexico in a similar alleged accident in mid-2008, Fox News' evening shows voiced no such criticism over the failure of the Bush administration to act quickly to secure his release. In fact, a search of Nexis shows that they never covered the story at all, an omission that cannot be explained away by differences in the cases, as the circumstances of are remarkably similar.

When he crossed the U.S.-Mexico border, Spc. Richard Torres was carrying a small arsenal in his car: an AR-15 assault rifle, a .45-caliber handgun, 171 rounds of ammunition, several cartridges and three knives.

At a checkpoint, Torres didn't try to hide the weapons. But he insisted he hadn't meant to cross the border with the guns, which in Mexico are restricted for use only by the military. While searching for parking in El Paso, he said, he inadvertently drove onto a bridge leading to Mexico and could not turn around.

Now the Iraq veteran is in a Mexican jail while a judge decides whether to believe his account: that an experienced soldier accidentally ended up in a border town where drug cartels pay top dollar for exactly the kind of high-powered weapons he happened to have.

Dont harp on the post, the crack squad of investigative joournalists down there just managed to figure out that McCain is a flip flopper, that is brilliant investigative journalism at its finest.

For their next highly exclusive story they will try to figure out whether or not kim kardashian likes black dick.

I'd be more impressed if the Post applied the same microscope to the lies of Susan Rice and Barrack Obama. They have a totally different standard for lying by democrats.

Maybe McCain did flip flop, but how would he have known who was being traded? I thought the whole point of the upset with congress is they didn't know. Isn't that why even a far left partisan like Diane Feinstein is upset with the WH? And isn't there a difference between a general idea of whom the taliban wanted and an actual deal?

Bam, as they say.

Well, who are we to believe? The men on the ground who were there, or the boot lickers at the pentagon who are nothing more than political hacks in a uniform? The guy is a deserter, period. Nuff said about that.
The real question here is how in the hell did the administration think his return would be a celebration? Easy. We live in a T-ball nation. Everyone gets a trophy. Everyone is a winner. No grades, no failing at anything. Sign on the line, you're automatically a hero.
When that is the criteria it's easy enough to see how Team Obama believe a deserter is a hero. So you run out to the Rose Garden for a photo op with the parents. You send out your loyal soldier, true believer Rice to make the Sunday morning tour. So we gave up 5 Generals for a deserter private. Big deal! Then you sit there scratching your head asking, hey, this guy is a hero, why all the criticism?
Like one of the young men who were there said. Simply signing up doesn't mean you served honorably. However, in leftist la la land it's all about intentions. What you actually do really isn't relevant.

All men are capable of truth, or lies. As you are neither there on the ground, or at the Pentagon, you'll believe what you want to believe.

Bam, as they say.

You would have to be either incredibly dishonest, or grossly misinformed to dismiss the Bergdahl story as something that is simply a product of fox news, in order to believe that you would have to think half of the lefties at MSNBC are also secretly fox operatives.

One of the biggest, and most surprising things about this story is that even a large portion of the far left koolaid drinkers are criticising obama over this move. Unfortunately there is still a few who are far to hopeless to think for themselves.

Common sense be damned, eh? Who has the motivation to lie? Some average guy that was actually there? A guy who will go back to obscurity when the story runs it's course, or some boot licker with "career" aspirations?

And you, rectum, would choose to believe that a 20 year old street thug beat a 95 year old woman because she attacked him.

Rectum has no concept of logic or intellectual honesty.
