Obama Under "Intense Pressure" To Release Evidence Proving Russians Hacked The Election

After reading that...

I don't get how anyone here could be defending Obama.

Not only that, but the report with the 'proof' that is without proof has this disclaimer at the top of it:

“this report is provided “as is” for informational purposes only. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) does not provide any warranties of any kind regarding any information contained within. DHS does not endorse any commercial product or service referenced in this advisory or otherwise.”

They use a report that nobody will vouch for to provoke war.
These people are real beauts.

Right. Now Putin is a statesman. All of a sudden. Out of thin air. This mass Putin infatuation is bound to drive up wrist corsage sales in the florist trade.

More like he's playing it one move ahead, sucking up to an easily flattered Trump, whom he plans to play like a cheap fiddle, unless some adults take charge.

Honest question. What is it you think he's going to do when he's playing Trump like this supposed cheap fiddle? What advantage will he exploit? What do you believe will happen?

Putin is smarter than Trump. He's more devious. He has no love for America. He's a manipulator and Trump is easily flattered. I don't know how it will play out, but it's not a good combination.

There is no question about Trump's financial ties to Russian money. Trump's complete and unprecedented lack of financial transparency has done nothing to alleviate any concerns of potential conflicts of interest and perhaps even worse - dependency. Trump is playing his supporters for fools just as I suspect Putin will do to Trump in due course. It is in Putin's nature.

Did you read the National Review article on Putin's complicity in the 1999 Russian apartment building bombing? This is who Putin is, and who big-picture-no-details Trump will be dealing with.

So Obama bumped his head on the bogus CIA charges against Russia and started crying like a child. Then the responsible parent in the room, statesman Putin, told America everything will be ok.

Two years after Putin invaded Ukraine Trump still ignorantly insisted that Putin is ''not going into Ukraine''.
This is not fake news.

Donald Trump ridiculed after insisting Vladimir Putin 'not going into Ukraine' two years after invasion
Republican nominee claimed Russia wouldn't invade Ukraine and blamed Obama when corrected

Fake news. The Crimean Peninsula is not Ukraine.

Oh, it was part of Ukraine? No, it was part of Russia.

And when did Ukraine become a state in the United States that you should be so concerned?

CNN RUNS FAKE NEWS STORY ABOUT RUSSIA CLOSING ANGLO-AMERICAN SCHOOL IN MOSCOW

Supposed retaliation measure is not actually happening

CNN, one of the media outfits that regularly complains about “fake news,” ran a fake news story of its own when it claimed that Russia was closing an Anglo-American school in Moscow as retaliation for President Obama’s sanctions.

“Russian authorities ordered the closure of the Anglo-American School of Moscow, a US official briefed on the matter said. The order from the Russian government closes the school, which serves children of US, British and Canadian embassy personnel, to US and foreign nationals,” reported CNN.

However, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova responded swiftly by denying that the school had been closed.

“US officials ‘anonymously informed’ their media that Russia closed the Anglo-American School in Moscow as a retaliatory measure,” Zakharova wrote on her official Facebook page. “That’s a lie. Apparently, the White House has completely lost its senses and began inventing sanctions against its own children.”

Zakharova accused CNN of spreading “false information citing official American sources”.

The misreported story is an embarrassment for the network, which has run a series of articles over the past month complaining about so-called fake news.

Russia’s actual response to the sanctions was to propose that Vladimir Putin declare “31 employees of the US Embassy in Moscow and four diplomats from the US Consulate service in St. Petersburg as persons ‘non-grata.’” However, Putin later rejected this measure.

Meanwhile, in a related story, a senior U.S. official told Reuters that President-elect Donald Trump could reverse Obama’s executive order once he takes office and allow the 35 expelled Russian officials to return to America.

I didn't have to read the National Review article. I lived in Russia, and I read both the state and underground Russian news - I know both sides of the supposed conspiracy.

As for "no question" about Trump's financial ties, when did this get decided? Where is the proof of Trump's ties? Can you provide me a link?

In my opinion, if things will be as you claim, then the only thing I see happening is that Russia gets involved in world politics and happenings and we pull back and become more concerned with what goes on inside our own borders. That's a good thing. Never worked for us to be the world's policeman. Lets see it drive them to bankruptcy.
