"This goes back to the fairness and change we've been talking about throughout America. If you make over $250,000 a year or only say you're making that to brag or if you're on a trading simulator and hauling in excess pretend profits you're going to pay more. If you're actually trading you're like the other 95% of Americans who blow up their trading accounts. You then will get a tax cut. We're working on a plan to tax trading losses too but I'm waiting for Larry Summers to get back to me on how that'll be done."
