This is nothing more than a way to placate the masses from being unemployed. People can't find jobs, so they can go to college for free, even if it is a community college. The Chinese built worthless ghost cities to keep people employed, Obama is just putting them in school.

Another interesting point about those ghost cities is the number of people who worked in steel mills to supply the construction of those cities. The mills aren't producing anything anymore because the boom is over, but the huge steel mills still employ the workers who are doing nothing. What a joke central planning is.
