OBAMA TO MAKE EMERGENCY STATEMENT @ 10pm EST : FOX NEWS

I'll make two startling predictions:

1) Al-Qaida is probably well-prepared for this and will run like it's business as usual

2) The U.S. will probably stay just as involved in the Middle East as ever.
