I do too, but I think we can tone it down a bit. Curious how some, probably not you, talk about Obama and Socialism, and yet want him to spread this to other countries by just giving them money, again, not directed at you personally. I'm all for humanitarian efforts when really needed, understood, and appreciated. Not so much with invasions and empire building, or lack thereof it seems.

So a new strategy intended to adapt to the changing world situation, which will result in a percentage decrease in US military spending, and a new focus on emerging power centers, is a 100% ("there goes HOPE") loss of US influence abroad?
