All we heard for years from this clown and his lapdogs in the media was how Obama was going to usher in Post Racial America. What a crock of shit that turned out to be. It signals his failed presidency and weak leadership.

Joe says he has been in DC for 50 years so now he is finally ready and prepared to do something about it. This year is different. He was just preparing for the heavy lift all those other years.

Actually he did something about it before long ago and it led to the largest incarceration of black's in U.S history but he says now that he can't remember it so you are not allowed to remember it either.
