Well the court had to decide that Obamcare was legal ,Obama said it was from the beginning.Clinton came pretty close to raising the ceiling without Congress.Obamas statement today signals he probably will raise the ceiling on his own if Congress tries to play games with it again

apparently Obama was the first editor of Law Review who did not have to earn his way into that position.

being a professor a law school does not necessarily mean you are correct about anything.
