Yeah,so everytime a country is a threat to build nukes its time to invade.How many countries over the last 50 years would we have invaded under that policy ? Under that policy right now we would be at war with Iraq,Iran,Korea, Afghanistan and Syria .Great policy

Khrushchev was removed due to numerous reasons. Political rivals, Russian economy, failed farm production,slowed industrial growth etc
